- Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional handling fee.

- You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status.
Delivery

- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner may attempt delivery again according to their policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- The package must be opened in front of the delivery executive, and you must record a continuous unedited unboxing video as proof.
- Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process your replacement request.
