We want you to have a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, broken, or defective product, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:
Eligible for Replacement
- The product is damaged or defective when delivered.
- The package is opened in front of the delivery executive.
- A continuous unedited video is recorded from before opening the package until the damaged product is clearly visible.
- The issue is reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Important Conditions
- Claims without an unedited opening video will not be accepted.

The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening.
- The shipping label.
- The complete unboxing process.
- The damaged or defective product.
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.
How to Request a Replacement
- Record the unboxing video in front of the delivery executive.
- Take clear photos of the damaged product.
- Contact our customer support within 24 hours with your order number, photos, and video proof.
- After verification, we will arrange a free replacement if your claim is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products opened without an unboxing video.
- Claims made after 24 hours of delivery.
- Damage caused by customer misuse or accidental handling.
Note: We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Only verified damaged or defective products that meet the above conditions are eligible for replacement.
