We want you to have a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, broken, or defective product, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:

Eligible for Replacement

  • The product is damaged or defective when delivered.
  • The package is opened in front of the delivery executive.
  • A continuous unedited video is recorded from before opening the package until the damaged product is clearly visible.
  • The issue is reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Important Conditions

  • Claims without an unedited opening video will not be accepted.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The sealed package before opening.
    • The shipping label.
    • The complete unboxing process.
    • The damaged or defective product.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Record the unboxing video in front of the delivery executive.
  2. Take clear photos of the damaged product.
  3. Contact our customer support within 24 hours with your order number, photos, and video proof.
  4. After verification, we will arrange a free replacement if your claim is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products opened without an unboxing video.
  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Damage caused by customer misuse or accidental handling.

Note: We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Only verified damaged or defective products that meet the above conditions are eligible for replacement.
